No. In direct recruitment (Model A), the driver is hired directly by your company. DriversHub acts as an authorised SEPE Placement Agency — not a staffing agency (ETT). We manage the full SEPE, Social Security, DGT and CAP process. If you prefer to fully outsource payroll and HR, Model D (Staff-Leasing ETT under Ley 14/1994) is the alternative.
