Key regulatory fact: Ukrainian drivers in Spain hold automatic work authorisation under Temporary Protection (Council Implementing Decision 2022/382/EU, transposed via Real Decreto-ley 6/2022). This protection is valid until 4 March 2027. No individual work permit required — the employer simply needs a standard employment contract. How do you hire non-EU CE drivers in Spain?
